We love all of our clients at SashaRoxx Esthetics, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. *NO REFUNDS*
If you experience any issues with your lashes in regards to: lash fall out, comfort-ability or allergic reaction, please reach out and the situation will be handled with no charge but we will not be giving out refunds.

*PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT*
Please come to your appointment with a clean face; no makeup and no heavy creams or SPF. No caffeine before your appointment, it makes your eyes fluttery and will affect how comfortable your eyes will be during service.

*LASH AFTERCARE*
Aftercare is very important for overall lash health and lash extension retention, 24-48 hours after your appointment it is important to not to get your lashes wet because the adhesive and bonder are curing. After the first day or two, wash and brush your lashes every day. Build up on your lash line can form from makeup, sweat, skin care products and all sorts of things, which is why it is important to keep your lashes clean. Failure to take care of your lashes will cause poor retention and instead of a fill you are going to need another full set.
